At Music Makers Academy, we believe that everyone should have access to the joy of music.
Our mission is simple: to offer affordable music lessons in a safe and encouraging environment where students of all ages can thrive.
Founded in 2000 in a small shop in Locking village, we started as a humble music school, offering lessons to anyone who wanted to learn. By 2011, we had outgrown our original space and moved into our purpose-built Academy in Worle, a larger space designed to offer more opportunities for growth. Today, our Academy is home to multiple teaching areas, enabling us to provide lessons on a wide variety of instruments.
Over the years, we’ve grown into more than just a school—we’ve become a community. At Music Makers Academy, our students don’t just learn music; they become part of something special. Whether they’re 4 or 84, our students come from all walks of life, and we pride ourselves on tailoring lessons to meet their unique needs and goals.
What sets us apart is our incredible team. Our specialists come from diverse musical backgrounds, and each one shares a passion for teaching and an unwavering love for music. This passion is infectious, creating an atmosphere where learning is not just about technique, but about joy and creativity.
